Sunny Images

ALL sessions require a non-refundable deposit at the time of booking in order to secure session date.  Payment is due in FULL at the time photographic and/or videographic services are rendered.

Post processing time is generally 2 weeks, but may be as long as 4-5 weeks. As soon as your images are complete, you will be notified via email or text message. 

Sessions may be subject to rescheduling due to weather. Photographer will make wise judgements and will take your best interest in mind when determining weather. Automatic weather reschedules include rain, snow, wind speeds of 15 mph or higher and temperatures below 30 degrees. In the unlikely event the photographer is injured, becomes ill, or has an extreme emergency that prevents her from photographing the event, photographer will make every attempt to reschedule or find a replacement. Photographer uses their own discretion to find a replacement photographer that they feel is suitable to fit the standards of Sunny Images. 

Reschedule Policy: If you must reschedule your session for any reason other than weather, session must be rescheduled within 30 DAYS or another deposit will be required to secure the session date. 

In the case that the client does not show for a scheduled session, the deposit amount will be forfeited. Therefore it cannot be used to reschedule the missed session. If the client decides to reschedule the no-show session, payment will be required in full at the time of booking.

In the extreme case that photos are lost due to corruption or equipment failure, Sunny Images is NOT held responsible for lost photos. Session may be rescheduled. 

Images received from Sunny Images MAY NOT BE EDITED OR ALTERED FROM THEIR ORIGINAL VERSION IN ANY WAY. This includes but is not limited to: turning color images to black and white, adding text, cropping, or color accenting. Photos reflect on the artist, not the client. All images shot by Sunny Images are property of the photographer. Please be aware that any images may be used for advertising, promotion, or sales. Client gives consent to photographer to use all images taken of the subject at the discretion of the photographer. 

You will receive a print release with your images. This release allows for the client to print images at a location of their choice for personal use ONLY. Images MAY NOT be used or submitted to any contests of any kind. Client agrees to read and abide by the rules stated in the limited copyright release.

Unedited images can be given to the client for an extra fee.

All session sneak peeks can be posted on Facebook and Sunny Images' website unless client gives written notification prior to your photo session to photographer stating they do not wish for images to be posted. 

Following your session with Sunny Images, your session gallery will be kept on file for ONE YEAR. After this year your session will no longer be available.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. If for any reason at any time the photographer finds reason to terminate this contract you will receive a full refund of your session fee.
