I've started this blog for multiple reasons. 1. I want to share my thoughts and learned experiences with you in hopes to encourage and help you today.  2. I needed a way to organize my thoughts and insights on an accessible platform I enjoy. 3. I love to connect with others. I believe we can teach each other. If you have feedback, I'd love to hear it!
